T-Mobile Break Up Letter
People felt trapped by their expensive mobile contracts. T-Mobile was standing by to set them free. We stepped in to help facilitate a movement by helping heartbroken customers publicly break up with their carrier and declare their love for T-Mobile.
What I Did

The Break Up Letter ended up generating over 150,000 letters, and led to a staggering 67 million impressions before we received a cease and desist.
